Welcome to Cosmicly ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service

Cosmicly is an astrological productivity engine that synthesizes your Vedic Birth Chart, palm structure, and real-time GPS data into a coherent daily execution plan. The app utilizes our "Tri-Factor Engine" and artificial intelligence to analyze data sources to generate "Momentum Maps," "Prime Windows," "Conflict Windows," "Cognitive Weather Reports," and "Travel Insights."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts and Data Inputs

To utilize the Tri-Factor Engine, you provide:

1. Birth Data: Birth time and coordinates to generate your Vedic Blueprint.
2. Palm Scans: For topographical analysis.
3. GPS Data: For real-time transit calculations and travel insights.

You agree to provide accurate information to ensure the efficacy of the strategic outputs. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By ensuring your data is accurate, you allow us to provide personalized "Prime Windows" and "Conflict Windows." We use Supabase and Google Firebase to securely store and process your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, the "Tri-Factor Engine," "Cognitive Weather Report," and "Geo-Spatial Alignment" features, and all original content remain the exclusive property of Cosmicly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer the "Tri-Factor Engine" or any algorithmic outputs.
• Harass or harm other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the app will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Cosmicly or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. AI-Generated Content

Some features of the App, including but not limited to palm reports, daily momentum maps, and cognitive weather reports, use artificial intelligence and algorithmic analysis.

• Informational Purposes: All AI-generated outputs are for informational and planning purposes only.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or scientific validity of AI-generated insights.
• Human Oversight: You are encouraged to use your own judgment when acting on any AI-generated guidance.
